This is an extraordinary property located on the island of Mallorca, between Alcudia and Pollensa. It is just a few minutes walk from two of the most beautiful white-sand, crystal-clear water beaches overlooking Alcudia Bay. The grounds include an outdoor shower, a barbeque, sun loungers and a children’s playground. Inside, you will find a media room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and Smart Home technology. But that will soon be off your mind within the relaxing heat of the sauna. 

The main house and outbuildings accommodate up to 20 guests. All of the bedrooms in the main house have en suite bathrooms with heated floors. The gorgeous natural setting has made Villa Leones a favorite for weddings and other special celebrations.

Guest House
The guest house has two bedrooms with TV and en suite shower rooms. They share a living area and terrace (great for morning yoga sessions). Large glass doors allow external access to all rooms.
A third building has two staff rooms with small beds and an industrial kitchen (on request).

The property is equipped with an alarm and CCTV cameras for client's safety.There are several water features on the vast grounds, i.e. fish pond. Hence young children require constant supervision by an adult.

In July and August the minimum rental duration is 14 nights.
