This is a modern, perfectly presented villa within walking distance of sandy coves, restaurants and boutique shops. The swimming pool has lawned areas leading to a rocky cove (take care with children, suggested over 12 year olds only.) This is one of the finest villas in Cala d’Or, located off of a quiet road in a residential area.
The crystal clear swimming pool has spacious, comfortably furnished sun terraces with reclining sun loungers and is surrounded with immaculately maintained gardens. The BBQ terrace is adjacent and awaits your al fresco meals whilst enjoying chilled refreshing drinks. Enjoy siestas in the palm-shaded lawned gardens on comfortable sun loungers listening to the relaxing sounds of the sea.
Approached via the gated entrance passing through the lawned, palm and olive-lined gardens leading to the main entrance. Superbly presented this modern villa has the benefit of air conditioning and WiFi in all rooms.
Villa Besita is not recommended for young children (direct sea access at bottom of garden) and wide balcony railings.

On entering is the main hallway leading to the impressive spacious lounge, comfortably furnished and has direct access to the covered poolside terrace.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to the galleried landing area affording magnificent sea views from the huge upper terrace.
Bedroom 4: Impressive Master double bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower, large living room with comfortable sofas, Plasma TV, owners interesting collection of books and direct access to the furnished upper sun terrace with fabulous sea views.
Bedroom 5: twin/double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and sea views.
Bedroom 6: twin/double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and direct access to garden side terrace.
All WCs are located outside the bedrooms - 2 on each floor.

OUTSIDE
Pool 8 m x 4 m (depth 1.00m-2.00m), at the end of the garden is a path leading down to the sea. There are stairs/railings to get into the water.
