Antibes Estate is a stunning private domain encompassing three separate villas, each with their own living spaces and private pool. It’s the ideal choice for groups of friends or families travelling together who are looking for convivial communal entertainment spaces with their own private villa to retreat to at the end of the day. Villa Premiere is the main villa, designed in neo-Provencal style, whilst Villa Deuxieme and Villa Troisieme are two smaller – yet equally stunning – contemporary villas. With its three separate villas, vast outdoor living spaces, and serene surroundings, Antibes Estate is the ideal location for a luxurious getaway with loved ones on the beautiful French Riviera.

Set over 1.5 hectares in a hilltop location, the property boasts relaxing sea views on one side and the Alps on the other. Nestled in the heart of a listed woodland park, guests enjoy the privacy, peace and tranquillity offered by its natural surroundings. Each of the three villas has a private outdoor area with a swimming pool, manicured lawns, and furnished terrace or sun deck for soaking up the rays. Moreover, between the three villas is an extensive patio set up as an outdoor living room; comfortable seating and a large dining table are shaded by large, stretched canvases. There are water features and neat shrubbery dotted throughout, along with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue, creating the perfect space for convivial outdoor lunches or al fresco dinner parties. A basement floor connects all three villas and is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment.
