The property is accessed via a secure gated driveway with plenty of parking. Enter the property through large Italian vaulted doors which open to an expansive open plan living/dining area with impressive sea views and a baby grand piano. From this area there are French doors to a covered terrace with gas barbecue and alfresco dining space with panoramic views – guests can enjoy relaxed evening meals with the twinkling lights of local fishing boats as the backdrop. The infinity pool made with Italian Bisazza tiling is a true highlight. Villa Marquesa is fully air conditioned.

From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking.
